I nedded one month to communicate with them about few things about product. I gave them an extra time to make nice sample and sample was good. When i want to finalize product and order it, they said to me that they losted a mold for my oven and they want aditional 700 dollars for mold.
I spend a lot of energy and in the end i did not trust them any more. I will find more reliable supplier for my business.
